Can the RTM API Request use JSONP ?

Hi, everyone.
I'm beginner of RTM API developper making javascript and html app.

I want to use jsonp in my app on get async response, but I can't found
any info from API help docs "How to use JSONP in RTM API ?"

Can I use JSONP in RTM API ?
And Should I include callback parameter when create api_sig param
value if I can use JSONP callback ?

Please tell me some info or doc's URL.
