App crashes when I try to login

On my Android Cyrus C23 smartphone I cannot login to the app.

I've used rememberme for several years and learned 200+verses. But I've never created a login. To make sure that I don't lose the treasure of verses once my phone dies, I want to create one, now.

I have registered on the website and downloaded the Windows 10 app to my laptop. However, I can't login on my phone.

There's always a "Die App wurde beendet. Bericht/OK" coming up when I click on "Konto" --> "melde dich an".

When I click "Bericht", nothing happens.

I'd be very thankful for your help.

The Windows app is just a shell for the web version. If you experience problems, please use the web version (my.remem.me) in a browser.

Thank you for your answer.

However, this wasn't my question, really. I don't have trouble with the Windows app, but with the Android App on my Cyrus C23 smartphone.

Let me restate the question: If I click on "account" --> "register" in the Android app, the app crashes and I can't send a report.

Dear Ben, when you click on "Log in" the Android app tries to open a WebView (usually a frameless Chrome-like browser) with the login/register page of my.remem.me. After logging in the app retrieves the access cookie from the WebView and stores it in order to access my.remem.me's database for synchronizing it with the device's database. From your description I conclude that your device's WebView does not open, but causes an error that makes the app crash. This is very unfortunate since it prevents you from getting the access cookie. I don't have a solution for this. I'm working on an all new Remember Me version that will handle synchronization differently. Until then I suggest you export your verses to a file ("In Datei exportieren") to back them up. If you like, you can send me (memorizew...@gmail.com) the file to import your verses to my.remem.me and use the online version (my.remem.me) also from your mobile phone until the all new Remember Me version is ready. Dear Peter,

I don't know if you changed anything or if this is a miracle - but it works!!! I've just tried to log in again this morning and the WebView opened right away! I've now logged in and everything is fine, Hallelujah! :D I can even see my verses in the Windows app, now :D

And, what's more, I can also use the import function from Bibleserver, again, which wasn't possible for approx. 2 years.
