Title: SalesForce Business Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Position: 6+ Months Contract 

 

Required Skills:

•        Knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com including hands-on Salesforce.com administrative / configuration

•        Ability to conduct requirements elicitation sessions with business teams and produce high-quality documentation to facilitate understanding of business needs, processes, and data

•        Ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical Salesforce requirements

•        5+ years of professional experience as Business Analyst, and must have Salesforce experience as BA

•        Salesforce Certification a plus
