Retail Leasing & Market Trends
Discussion on retail leasing with specific interest in trends related
to tenant demands, unique clauses in documentation, etc. Announcement
of major lease deals greater than or equal to 10,000 sq. ft. of leased
space may be posted here. Retail space available or required.
Announcements must include the deal size, the name of the lessee and
lessor, as well as the individual names of the key transaction team
members.
