uninitialized constant Remarkable::ActiveRecord (NameError)

I attempted to bump up to ruby 1.9.1 and ran into this error when
running my specs. If anyone knows about a fix it would be greatly
appreciated. If not, 1.8.7 looks like the ruby version i'll be using
for awhile.

I'm not sure if the issue is related to Rails or Remarkable, since Remarkable specs passes for Ruby 1.9.

Could you please add a issue to Github issues?
