Christmas party

Hi all,

Sorry if I have not told everybody that I'm currently in Austria (on the Ecoprofit training for trainers course) since Sunday and back tomorrow (Weds) lunchtime... Should arrive at Remakery by about 2.30 so will be setting up for the party in the afternoon.

Am having last minute panic about party.

I'm not sure who's doing what or arriving when, so if we could bounce a few emails around so we've got an idea of who will be on site doing what tomorrow, that would be great!

Sorry not to do this sooner, have had intermittent Internet access here.

FOOD

I asked Andy Forbes about providing home made pizza like last year, but he is out of town sadly. We will need to bring together a shared pot-luck spread of food, let us know if you can contribute something.... 

Also Anna I was wondering, if you do send out another party reminder (with address on it), could you include a request to bring food to share? And put something on the facebook page about it?

DRINK

Can Pete & Helen do drinks like last year?? Does your camping stove work (for mulled wine) or do we need to buy one?? Is there still any chance of bartering for some beer? 

Or do we all need to bring drinks to share as well as food?

MUSIC

Mark O, I believe you're bringing the sound system. Are you also bringing music? Can other people bring music too and what forms will work on the system - iPods, CDs, vinyl? If others can bring music, can we add that to the invite and facebook page (Anna)?

SIGNS & DECORATIONS

There are now some large wooden letters spelling REMAKERY that are ready to go up on the fence outside (haven't yet as varnish was drying)... if anyone could help with fixing them up and putting other signs around the place tomorrow afternoon that would be great. Also there are lots of Xmas decorations to set up (Andy, do those lights need setting up with a transformer??) and bunting to hang... Let me know if you can help between 3-6pm.

Hi

I'm afraid I'm on some contract work at the moment so not going to be able to bring the camp stove unless I head back to the flat and drive down but would arrive around 8.

Not sure about the beer, didn't Helen send the contact details?
