A serious matter has arisen that reiterates the need for a Code of Conduct to be established. Full disclosure will be forthcoming, for now I attach a copy of the letter I've sent to Hannah, primarily pertaining to an agreement that it is fitting for other directors to be involved in working towards resolution.

My apologies, I erroneously forwarded my last message to the remakery googlegroup rather than just directors. It is only relevant to directors, please consider it rescinded and inappropriate for this forum - sorry for the mix-up
