Notes from Remakery directors meeting 7th Jan

Hi all,

Here are the notes from Tuesday's directors meeting - thanks Anna for taking these.

Please check them for your actions!

Look forward to seeing you soon - next meeting will of course be on Tues 4th Feb. (Anyone up for hosting?)

Before then an FGB meeting will be useful. A Comms meeting will become relevant once the more basic matters (timescale for opening, AGM, how we are asking people to contribute financially) are clearer.

I will be meeting with Victor next week - probably on Monday (tbc, hoping Pete can make it too) to go through the remaining construction tasks so that he can look at how to complete the priorities within the money we have available. It may take him until later that week to come back with a plan of action that (hopefully) we can agree. After that the sequence of events should be clearer, so I suggest we have an FGB meeting the following week (w/b 20th Jan). I am free any evening and happy to host it at my place (7 Empress Mews, SE5 9BT) if we want somewhere quieter than the Crown & Anchor. When are others (FGB group) available?

I'm afraid the only day I have available next week is Thursday (mid morning until lunch), sorry.

Also a reminder that the F10 may need renewing for the remaining work as I believe it expired at the start of the year.

I'll send an update on any other matters over the weekend.
