Christmas party to do list

Hi all,

I've attached Karrah's to do list for the Xmas party - also added a few notes myself.

It's also on the Drive, in MediaCommsEvents > Christmas Party. (Any updates / other party docs can be added to the same folder.) There's also a PR pack in there from last year's party, if that's relevant.

Please put up your hands if you can take responsibility for anything on this list!

Would be great to have some local beer... though last year beer went slowly and the hot options were more popular!

Apparently the want to barter it rather then give it away. It'll also be much nicer beer than last year.

I imagine Helen can be talked into mulling something again.

Do you know what sort of thing they might want to barter it for (Pete / Helen)?

We've got loads of wood... fabric... electrical items that may or may not work... knackered old furniture (and some that's ok)?! Maybe we could upcycle something for them? Any requests?
