eBay sales by Reliable Tool, Inc. have been good for many buyers and a
run-a-way success for the seller, but on the occasions when things do go
wrong it is very hard to get the company to respond, much less do anything
about it. Telephone calls are no longer accepted - unless you want to give
them money! Their store front has also been closed in recent weeks.
Obviously, the staff are under pressure with a lot of merchandise enquiries
(and there will be a share of difficult customers to contend with as well).
If you have any problems or grievances that have not been satisfactorily
resolved via other dispute resources, write here. Anyone may join this
list. You can be sure that Reliable Tool will (eventually) be watching and
should they wish to join in, then that's great, as it could be very helpful
to all parties.
Negative feedback at Reliable Tool suggests some correspondence could be
very emotive. That's fine, but it is asked that everything be truthful and
factual, and be written as concisely as possible. Messages will be
moderated, but only to keep out spammers and anything detrimental to the
functioning and purpose of this list - to get those problems resolved.
