Or, abusive off-topic posts.

Include the full text of the post when complaining.
Be persistent: complain and complain and complain.
Save copies of all complaints.

Check Vulis' headers: if he starts posting with 'X-No-Archive: Yes'
then immediately begin reposting them with full headers and say
at the top "permanently archiving into DejaNews".
You see above how handy archives are.

Dan Korolyshyn frequently shouts like this. He is not as bad now as
he used to be, but that is one of his trademarks. It has nothing to do
with either Alex Thurston or Dimitri Vulis.
The difference between Dan Korolyshyn and Alex Thurston is that
Dan Korolyshyn *does* sometimes make sense, and *does* know
how to post in mixed case rather than caps.
I went through the thread above on the Primary Chronicle to read
all the alexplore posts. I am pretty sure it is Thurston this time, and
not Dimitri Vulis. But I could be wrong. The Russian posters are
better than I am at telling the difference between the two.
If you watch very closely, you should see alexplore make a followup
to this post, trashing me. Then maybe I'll be a bit more certain as
to which one it is.
