CrotoneIT is hiring Business Development Manager (Remote Work) and Technical Recruiters (Remote Work). Both the jobs are Salary + commission based.

Eligibility:

Business Development Manager (Salary + Commission) (Remote):

1. Must have 0.3 - 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing
2. You should have good client database (Tier1 Vendors/Implementation Partners )
3. You will be responsible for making new clients, generating requirement etc.
4. Must have good communication skills
5. Must be a Graduate
6. Must be currently residing in Delhi NCR
7. Must have computer (laptop/desktop) at home
8. Must have fast internet connection at home
9. Must be able to start within 1-2 week notice

Technical Recruiter (Salary + Commission) (Remote):

1. Must have 0.3 - 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing
2. You should have good Consultants/Sub-vending companies database
3. Must be well versed with search skills on Job Portals (Monster, Dice etc)
4. Must be well versed technical skills
5. Must have good communication skills
6. Must be a Graduate
7. Must be currently residing in Delhi NCR
8. Must have computer (laptop/desktop) at home
9. Must have fast internet connection at home
10. Must be able to start within 1-2 week notice
