fdisk /mbr
format c: /u /s

На работающей копии NT делаем:
format a: /s /v:SYS98
copy c:\ntldr a:\ntldr
Грузимся получившейся дискетой на "упавшей" тачке.
Далее:
A:>copy a:\ntldr c:\ntldr
Вынимаем дискету и жмем <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del"
