Backup OS/2 HPFS Format

Hello!
I am a Systemadministrator in a big company in Salzburg (Austria).
We have one OS/2 Communication- Server for DATEXP. Now,
we have the problem that we can`t backup this server. Norton Ghost,
don't support the HPFS- Format, so we need help. If anybody has
a idea how we can backup this server, please tell us.
