Nitro K-9 offers professional-grade obedience training to any dog and owner who wants to learn. Designed by Steve Walter, these programs teach advanced hand and voice commands, transitional handling (moving smoothly from one command to the next), and specific techniques for dealing with any situation you may encounter.

Nitro K-9 can help you take your training wherever you want it to go, and we can help you deal with many behavioral issues. However, the foundation of everything we do is obedience training, and we deal with most issues within this context.

One of my clients is a law firm, they already have Nitro Pro, and the Supreme Court / Justice Department has just sent them all on a training course to use "e-Bundles" for legally acceptable evidence submission. The training course was done with Adobe Pro only, so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if Nitro Pro can do everything that Adobe Acrobat Pro can in regards to e-Bundles?

The National Group competes and trains at the highest level of our sport, with the intention of national-level success and recognition. The group places a strong emphasis on National level competitions including Junior Nationals, International Team Trials, and Olympic Trials. With their training, dedication, and commitment, National Group athletes are leaders for Nitro and they maintain a NITRO first, team-first mentality. This tier of the program is limited in numbers. Athletes in the National Group will be expected to be at all Nitro training sessions and assigned meets.

Performance Group athletes are seeking peak performance at Sectional level competition. In the Performance Group, athletes enhance their commitment to Nitro's team goals and mission and continue to develop a team-first mentality. With an intentionally designed training curriculum, these athletes will learn proper training habits, hone stroke mechanics, and push each other in a positive, supportive training environment necessary for next-level success. Performance group athletes are expected to be at all Nitro practices and assigned meets.

The Sectional Development Group consists of 13 and older swimmers who have the ability, desire and commitment to continue and develop their competitive swimming career with Nitro. Sectional Development offers 6 workouts per week designed to help our athletes to qualify for the Senior Sectional level meet. In addition, many members of this group swim concurrently with their high school swim teams. High school programs usually practice in the morning and swim with their club team in the afternoon/evening. Swimming with this group will work hand in hand to provide the additional training needed for the high school swimmer to be competitive in both the USA Swimming and Texas High School programs.

The Senior Group consists of predominantly 13 and older swimmers who have the ability, desire and commitment to continue and develop their competitive swimming career with Nitro. Challenging workouts designed to help our Senior athletes to qualify for their high school swim team, Jr. STAGS & STAGS. Many members of this group already swim concurrently with their high school swim teams. Swimming with this group will work hand in hand to provide the additional training needed for the high school swimmer to be competitive in both the USA Swimming and Texas High School programs.

The Pre-Senior Group consists of predominantly 13 and older swimmers who have the ability, desire and interest to continue and develop their swimming career with Nitro. Challenging and educational workouts designed to help our Pre-Senior athletes to stay fit, possible competition opportunities and a stepping stone to the Senior group. Swimming with this group will work hand in hand to provide the additional training needed for the swimmer to move into the Senior group.

This group maintains an emphasis on stroke technique while incorporating more aerobic endurance, dryland exercises and racing skills. Gold group swimmers must show competency in all of the above skills as well as demonstrate a respectful and positive attitude at practices and swim meets to all team members. We encourage and teach a lifelong love and appreciation of the sport as we introduce this group to more rigorous training, preparing them to compete at the state level (TAGS). Practices are offered up to 6 days a week. Typical Ages: 9-12, some 13 yr olds.

Intro to Nitro is our entry level TEAM group, introducing young athletes to the world of competitive swimming! Through the application of drills/skills/repeating of sound, basic swimming fundamentals and race strategies, our Intro to Nitro kiddos are taught an appreciation of the sport from an early age! Practices last 45 minutes, and options of once and twice a week are offered. Meets are offered approximately every 6 weeks. All four competitive strokes must be performed legally for 25 yards for entry onto our team groups. Ideal age (but not limited to) is 6-9 yrs of age. If a swimmer cannot yet demonstrate all four strokes legally, we offer the best learn to swim curriculum available anywhere right in the same building at our Nitro Swim School.

Nitro-X is a youth summer camp that was pioneered by the Minnesota State Transportation Center of Excellence to inspire students and engage the industry in the process of giving middle school and early high school students hands-on experiences in transportation career pathways. Using radio- controlled cars that are constructed over the course of the week and raced on the last day, students learn how vehicles work, build their confidence with technical skills, work in teams to develop life and employability skills and gain exposure to the transportation industry by going on tours of local businesses.

At the special Nitro-X networking event on Wednesday evening during the conference, participants will enjoy food and drink, set up and race the radio-controlled cars and see the different elements of the summer camp concept firsthand. Staffers from the Minnesota State Transportation Center of Excellence will also provide hands-on demonstrations and learning stations for conference attendees to learn more about how Nitro-X excites and attracts younger students to automotive training programs.

The ASE Instructor Training Conference, scheduled for July 15-18 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the largest national training event in the country, offering more than 20 hours of technical update training and providing separate tracks for auto, medium/heavy truck and collision repair instructors.

I had no problem hopping on the treadmill after a workout and knocking out 3+ miles. If your Metcon or CrossFit setup involves a lot of running, on a treadmill or outside on pavement, the Puma PWR Nitro Squared is your best option.

I went TTS (true to size) and experienced zero heel slippage, zero pain, and zero discomfort during 20+ hours of training. Credit to the PWR Tape for absolutely doing the job and I think everyone, especially Nike, could take a lesson from the Puma PWR Nitro Squared on how to shape a training shoe to be inclusive of more foot shapes.

Our philosophy is to educate and develop young baseball players in the game of baseball through preparation, training, discipline, making and correcting mistakes, understanding the nuances and intricacies inside the game, and playing the best competition we can get to, while not forgetting the element of fun.

Every Indiana Nitro player has a long-term goal to become skilled enough to play at the high school level and beyond. Every player understands and accepts the challenges of year-round training to achieve that goal.

Information contained in each section of this student book is presented in sequential order so that knowledge gained from later lessons is built on a foundation of what was learned earlier. Other course protocols include the following:

In addition, every morning the students will have an opportunity to ask questions and/or review materials discussed on the previous day. This allows instruction to remain fresh and aids students with building practical connections to the training.

Having re-introduced Nautilus equipment in my training recently, I realized how much I like the Nitro series. The feel is great on most machines. Especially the leg press seems like the perfect machine to me. The vertical chest has a somewhat heavy feel to it, like pushing a huge block of steel - like it.
