The illusion of time dilation
Michelson-Morley's tests regard a second order effect of the ether wind on the propagation time for 2-way light. In a similar way the ether wind causes a second order effect on the time for orbits in bound electrons due to motion in relation to the ether. This effect explains why atomic clocks demonstrate a change in frequency when they are moved from Earth into an orbiting GPS satellite. The change in speed in relation to the ether is the real cause of this effect. The alleged time dilation is just an illusion.
