to Relativity skeptics
According to the accepted historiographical account of the development of relativity, Einstein followed in the footsteps of Galileo and Eotvos. They showed that gravity affects everything equally, no matter its mass or material. Einstein then claimed that light is affected twice as much as everything else, as in the case of the deflection of light by the Sun during an eclipse. Relativity radically diverges from the science of Galileo and Eotvos.
