How do I get the exam for free after attending the Microsoft Virtual Training days?
Microsoft Virtual Training Days are composed of 1 to 2 training webinars, between 3h to 6h in total, depending on the chosen technology. To get the discount you will need to attend the entire training and at the end you will receive communication with more information. This video explains how to get the discount after the course.

Once you have obtained your certification, just ask for your ? Microsoft ? backpack! Email us on springc...@microsoft.com with a printscreen proof of your certification and your Cloud Skills Challenge name, then we will send you instructions on how to get your award*.
The Windows version of Publish or Perish is available for downloading by following the instructions below. The download package contains an installer for Microsoft Windows and is digitally signed by Tarma Software Research Ltd.
Start the PoP8Setup.exe installer by double-clicking on the file that you just downloaded. On most systems, a security warning dialog box will now appear that looks like one of the following. In all cases, click Yes to allow the installation to proceed.
Click Yes after you have verified that the publisher's name is Tarma Software Research Ltd. The installer will now start. Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm your acceptance of the license agreement and to install the Publish or Perish software on your computer.
Note: If you have an earlier version of Publish or Perish on your computer, it will be automatically removed before the new version is installed. Your queries are preserved during the upgrade process.

Vamos a explicarte cmo tener Microsoft 365 totalmente gratis, explicndote los mtodos que tienes disponibles para hacerlo. Se trata de la versin de la suite ofimtica que requiere una suscripcin mensual, y que siempre estar actualizada con todas las novedades. Antes se llamaba Office 365, y que te permite tener espacio en la nube y usar aplicaciones como Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
Debes saber que este es un servicio de pago, y que por lo tanto slo hay unas pocas maneras muy concretas de tenerlo gratis, que son las que te vamos a explicar. Sin embargo, al final del artculo te diremos tambin la manera de usar Office gratis en el ordenador, con menos funciones pero igualmente gratis, legal y sin pagar.
Actualmente, la la nica manera oficial de obtener Microsoft 365 gratis es mediante su programa para estudiantes y docentes llamado Office 365 Education, siempre y cuando la institucin para la que trabajen o en la que estudien se haya registrado en el programa para que sus profesores y alumnos obtengan la suite de ofimtica.
En el caso de que el colegio para el que trabajes o en el que estudies tenga contratado este plan con Microsoft, entonces slo tienes que pedirle al centro los datos de acceso para tu cuenta, y con ellos ya podrs descargar el instalador. Tu cuenta tendr Microsoft 365 gratis mientras trabajes o estudies all, y podrs instalarlo hasta en 5 dispositivos diferentes que usen tu misma cuenta de usuario, cmo PC domstico, porttil, mvil o tableta.
Si trabajas para una empresa que tenga contratada la versin empresarial de Microsoft 365, esto quiere decir que vas a poder solicitarle a quien corresponda dentro de tu trabajo que te den una licencia para poder acceder a la suite ofimtica Office de forma totalmente gratuita en uno de tus dispositivos.
Aqu, debes saber que lo normal es que la empresa te de la licencia para que la utilices en el ordenador del trabajo en el caso de tenerlo, y que no siempre te la van a dar para el de casa. Esto depende de la decisin que quiera tomar cada empresa, aunque lo normal ser que solo te la den si lo usas para trabajar desde casa.
Aunque seguramente no has entrado aqu para esto, tambin debes saber que cuando compres un PC nuevo con Windows preinstalado, lo normal es que puedas disfrutar de una pequea prueba gratuita para poder utilizar el servicio de forma temporal.
Estas pruebas pueden ser de 3 y 6 meses, y solo duran ese tiempo. Una vez que se acabe la prueba, entonces te tocar decidir si quieres seguir usando Office 365 o si prefieres buscar alguna alternativa gratuita como LibreOffice.
Y para terminar, tambin debes saber que el mtodo ms sencillo para usar office gratis es recurrir a su versin online. La versin online de Office es gratis, y aunque le faltan alguna de las opciones avanzadas de Microsoft 365, todas esas opciones bsicas que puedes necesitar de Word, Excel y compaa estn ah.
En cuanto a las diferencias concretas, pues tienes algunas como no poder aadir citas ni referencias en Word, como tampoco poder usar las funciones de diseo avanzadas. Vamos, cosas para hacer trabajos ms serios y profesionales. En Excel tambin faltarn frmulas avanzadas, y en PowerPoint tambin tendrs animaciones limitadas, no estarn todas.
Sin embargo, sigue siendo una muy buena opcin para usar Office, y ni siquiera tendrs que instalar nada. Viene a ser un competidor de Google Drive, porque adems todo lo vas a guardar en el espacio de almacenamiento gratis que te da Microsoft con tu cuenta, y eso te permitir acceder a tus documentos siempre que quieras desde otro dispositivo.
