This research paper investigates the marketing efficiency and post-harvest losses of sesame in Dhanbad District, Jharkhand. Using a systematic multi-stage sampling design, the study focuses on two primary marketing channels: Producer > Commission Agent > Company > Wholesaler > Retailer > Consumer, and Producer > Village Dealers > Company > Wholesaler > Retailer > Consumer. Results indicate that Channel II, which includes village dealers, demonstrates superior marketing efficiency (4.44) compared to Channel I (4.04), attributed to lower total marketing margins and price spread. Additionally, the study reveals significant physical and economic post-harvest losses across all landholding categories, with medium and smallholders experiencing the highest proportional losses. Large landholders, while yielding more, incur the greatest economic losses due to larger volumes. The findings highlight the need for improved post-harvest management and marketing strategies, emphasizing the potential for cost reduction and increased efficiency through enhanced storage, transportation, and infrastructure support. These improvements are crucial for boosting the profitability and sustainability of sesame farming in the region. Current review on In situ gelling systems includes polymeric formulations that are in solution forms before entering the body, but change to gel forms under the physiological conditions. Eye is the most sensitive organ of the body. Designing of ocular drug delivery system is the most challenging field for pharmaceutical scientists. Topical administration of ophthalmic drugs is used to alleviate the symptoms and signs caused by ocular surface inflammatory disorders, to treat infections, for glaucoma or intraocular inflammation. The objective of ourwork is to formulate an ocular delivery system of Ciprofloxacin. Due to its elastic properties, in-situ gels resist the ocular drainage of drug leading to longer contact times with ocular surface. The solution-gel transition depends on one or combination of different stimuli, like ph change, temperature modulation, solvent exchange, ultra violet irradiation and the presence of specific ions or molecules. Drug delivery systems having such properties can be widely used for sustained vehicle preparations of the bioactive molecules. Mainly In situ gels are administered by oral, ocular, rectal, vaginal, injectable, and intraperitoneal routes. India, with a population of 1.2 billion people, is one of the largest and fastest growing economies in the world. There is always a very strong demand for energy, which currently comes mainly from coal, oil and oil, is not just renewable. Therefore, it is important for India to achieve the security of energy supply without affecting the booming economy needs to switch from non-renewable energy (oil and coal) to renewable energy. Biogas as a clean environment friendly fuel produced from natural biomass it contains about 55-65% methane (CH4), 30-45% carbon dioxide (CO2), traces of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and fractions of water vapors. This work aims to provide an overview of the purification processes of biogas and its byproduct which is called bioslurry.Thus, the need emerges for an integrated approach for scrubbing, compressing and subsequent storage of biogas for wider applications. Although, various processes have been already developed but there was always a demand for an economical way for biogas purification as well as bioslurry management. The commercial systems available are usually for large scale production process and are very expensive.This research projects towards developing a new approach for the biogas purification process through water scrubbing method which can be applied in rural areas of districts of Assam at a very minimum investment. The bioslurry produced from the Biodigester can be utilized in an efficient way as manure through the introduction of a better drying process to conserve its nutritional value. Thus, this project will help the rural farmers for more biogas usage as their primary cooking fuel. Each floor will contain two flats, with a staircase located between them. Our goal is to create a detailed 3D model of the building that considers all relevant factors, including sustainability, construction feasibility, and clash detection.With BIM, we can accomplish this project more effectively and affordably than ever before.
