Dresses and dates

Hi again ladies!!

So Rejeana and I have been shopping for dresses for quite some time now and talking about colors and all that...we have finally decided on a dress that she loves!!

We will be wearing three different colors...Annie, Michelle, Dez, and Keli will wear it in Navy; Kristina, Gian, and Stef will wear it in Regent, and I will be in cornflower. It's gonna look very cute and will complement her dress perfectly!

I'm working on how we are going to get the dress, but for sure it'll be ordered online. I'm still weighing out 2 websites...it will probably cost around $130 plus a lil extra for shipping and handling. I'll send instructions soon but PLS in the meantime take your measurements for bust, waist, and hips so you can have the size ready. It could take 10-14 weeks so we need to order ASAP! I will be sure to send details out by tomorrow or Thurs.

Also...Rejeana will be out of town most of Jan so we have to pick dates soon for her shower and bachelorette party. I was thinking maybe first weekend of Feb (jan 31-feb 2) for the bachelorette weekend, and Feb 22 or 23 for a wedding shower. Please let me know if those dates work for you or not.

The dates work for me as well. Also, for the sizes, will it be made to our measurements or will the sizing be more like size 0, 2, 3, etc? Thanks!

Yea...the sizes will be 2, 4, 6 etc. but you can get a more accurate size if you have your measurements handy! Just to be safe I guess?

So are we still liking the cruise idea for the Bach? I've been telling Rejeana anything to just get wild? Lol. I'm just afraid the weather might be yucky. I also had an SD idea where we would do like a spa day and then a wild night type thing at gas lamp. I've always loved it there! I will get more details on both and we can vote on an itinerary!

I like the way you think! I'm down for Vegas too..Just wasn't sure if everyone would want to travel there twice in a month! If you guys like Vegas then I can definitely start planning that too!

I got my dress as well. It's slightly too big, I have a tailor that I go to in Santa Ana ... maybe we can make an appointment and go together (with Rejeana too so that way she can tell us the length that she wants). 

The place is affordable (should be $30 or less) and reliable (I do all my alterations there). She takes no more than 2 weeks even for bridesmaid dresses, so I guess we can revisit this topic when the wedding date nears! Maybe in February ...

As for shoes, Rejeana wants all of us to have the Same silver pumps. Gian and I have been looking around for some cute ones...I'll attach some in an email and maybe we can vote? 

Also! I'm starting to plan the bachelorette party and I'm definitely gonna need your help! Can you guys do me a favor and text me so I have everyone's number? I'll just start a group chat so we can correspond quicker that way about stuff.

I used them during my wedding for my bridesmaid dresses and also Michelle went back there for her sister's wedding alterations. 

It seems that their reviews on yelp have gotten kinda bad as of late ... Michelle, what were your thoughts when you went there since it was more recent than my last trip?

It may be far for those of you who live in Riverside ... From my experience, they have always been super fast (1 week is the usual turn around) and cheap, I think I paid $25 (no more than $30 for sure) per bridesmaid dress during my wedding and they did several alterations per dress (hem and tightening). I've also had other things altered by them and they do decent work and get the job done quick. 

Hope this helps! I will be using them again for this occasion.

I am like you, Annie, liked her. She doesn't speak English well but she can understand what you want. I got mine taken in and hemmed for $30. She had it done in less than a week.
