Rejeanas bridal shower

Hey guys!

I hate to bring this up right before the bachelorette, but I'm trying to figure out a solid date and place for Rejeanas bridal shower. I originally had planned on the 21st but that's our grandpas 80th birthday party. Would you be down for the 16 or Sunday the 22nd? And any ideas for a place? She has a clubhouse at her new community but it's outdoor and I'm scared of the weather. I'm gonna need major help! (She wants it Harry Potter themed lol)

Oh great!!! I've been looking at Pinterest and it looks like a hard but fun theme!! Do u guys have a Pinterest? Maybe we can pin what we like?

I was thinking for food we can all make/buy  an item? There's only a max of like 30 women.

Okay..no worries! Just wanted to see if it might've worked for everyone - including Stefan. But it seems that most people can do the 23rd...so we'll stick to that. Stefan - if you can make it after all..please let me know! We'd really want you there :(

I've started pinning ideas..(You can follow me on Pinterest and my "Ebata Shower" board!) But I just need to finalize the venue. Any other ideas besides Rejeana's house? I was looking into her community center but it may be cold cause its outdoor. Does 1pm to 4pm work for everyone?

Yea I think it'll be cold too outdoors. Most indoor venues I've looked up for previous showers are kinda expensive. 

But 1-4pm works for me. 

And can you add me to pin on the board? I started following it :)

Btw!! Off topic but the Platinum Hotel is booked at the moment for fri and sat night! Eek! I'm working on it to try to get them to release more rooms to us. I'll let you know.

But, rehearsal dinner is Friday at 4pm at the Platinum. Please plan on attending that and dinner afterwards!!

Hi! I prefer the 23rd as well and that time slot works for me. Does anyone else have an indoor community room at their apartments/ housing communities that we could reserve?
