"Business Requirement" is a fun one to de-construct. Logically,
there's no counterargument to "but what does the MASTERS want??"
within a Servant role. So it is required to step out of the role and
re-assume the "I'm just a person, like you" identity to address that
kind of question at the level where it can go somewhere useful -- and
the other person has to do that, too.
If you do try to do that kind of context de-stacking, say, in a
meeting, you're awarded the loopy treatment of "religious"
self-justifying thought: "... but why would the MASTERS be interested
in questioning what the MASTERS want? That's not our role, as Servants
... that we are ... right ... you're just being crazy ... you have not
learned yet ... I was just like you ... Big Brother will fix you,
don't worry ... they take good care of us here ..."
