Rere under BSD licence

Hi,

I'm relicensing rere (the module to show regexp matches) under the BSD
license. There are also a couple of fixes that Owen suggested.

For now, you can grab it from here:

http://users.jyu.fi/~tekrjant/reinteract/rere.py

I haven't got any more features planned for it. If anybody wants to
take over, then go ahead.
