Just wanted to mention that I went through the open tickets, applied a
number of contributed patches, and fixed some other reported bugs.

Bugs fixed:

#25 [PATCH] IOError: file() constructor not accessible in restricted
mode (Jon Kuhn)
#26 plot() missbehaviour short inputs (Kai Willadsen)
#27 stdout_capture.py is not installed by "make install" (Ed Swarthout)
#30 Threading and stdout_capture.py (reported by jwienke)
#31 [PATCH] Reinteract was unable to overwrite an existing worksheet
file on Windows. (Jon Kuhn)
#36 cvs master checkout /example/plot.pyw broken (on windows xp)

#37 Add desktop file and logo (Kai Willadsen)
