I am in need of some cash that I want to pull out of my rental. Nothing owed on the property and it is in excellent condition, built 10/07. I do not have steady income or good credit, so I need someone that will lend based on the equity of the property only! Please no scams….I CHECK OUT EVERYTHING AND DON’T MIND GOING TO COURT OR THE FBI!
