Proper attunement vs Self attunement

Some people (Reiki Masters etc) on the Internet think Self attunements
don't work. That you have to be attuned by a Reiki Master before you
can use Reiki etc.

I've personally tried both, and still not 100% certain myself. But
when you hear of the origins, Dr Usui basically self attuned to
Reiki. He didn't have another Reiki Master to attune him.

You could try self attunements very easily, just do the following:

1. Relax/Meditate.
2. Say mentally "I ask that I may be attuned for the (Reiki modality
and level) attunement".
3. The energies will then start, attunements may last 7-40 minutes.
Some may take longer.
4. During this time you might feel tingling, heat or see colours etc.

Any others etc:
1. Relax/Meditate.
2. Say mentally "I ask that I may be attuned for the energy of
(Crystals etc, i.e. Silver)".
3. The energies will then start, attunements may last 7-40 minutes.
Some may take longer.
4. During this time you might feel tingling, heat or see colours etc.

You can also self attune yourself to:
Reiki modalities
Crystals
Power spots on earth
Homeopathic medicine
Essential oils
Energy tools
Pyramids
Gem elixirs etc....

You might experience tingling etc more if you are properly attuned to
i.e. Reiki Master/Teacher level first. Also with self attunements you
won't receive certificates, these you will have to create yourself, if
required.
