Hi guys. The Microsoft Edge is my favorite browser of all times, really, but not when I try to watch netflix or other video streaming services, it always breaks, I have no ideia what to do anymore. Always when I try to play something there's an error and then I need to reload over and over again, sometimes even when I just play the video it stop working when I try to play again. Help me to keep using this best browser that I've ever seen.
I've ever tried to disable hardware acceleration, enable DRM content, install Microsoft Silverlight and a lot of other things, but I didn't get to watch so far without an error I keep receiving these error codes: D7356-7701 and others related. Is there's still something that can be done to really fix theses erros or I just have to be patient and wait for news versions of the browser?
I can't get past "activating" Paramount+ for the Netflix/Paramount promo. I've successfully created an account and logged into Paramount+, but under manage play+ in verizon, it still won't show Paramount as activated, and Netflix still says "pending Paramount+ activation."
Ok so using a different browser I was able to subscribe. Now like everyone else I was able to link Paramount+ but not Netflix. I get the same toggle that says activation pending, click that and then I get "We are processing your subscription. Please refresh or check back again to activate."
After a LOOOONG time on live chat I was told: The team is working on fixing it and you will be able to activate the subscription through the toggle switch after 72 hours. We are also reporting the issue to the concerned Verizon team through an AYS ticket.
However, I want to use my current Netflix account, which the Verizon site says I should be able to do. I've been billed for another month of service - something I was hoping to avoid by signing up for this service.
Having the same issue. I paid for the year of Paramount+, but get the 'Activation pending' message in the dashboard for Netflix. It's been like that all afternoon. Talked to chat support and the only thing they did was read the 'Activation pending' message to me. That doesn't address the issue that I can't activate the year on my Netflix account
Very annoyed. Every time I try to download movies on my iPad Mini, it says that there are too many downloads on my devices when in fact there are no downloads on any other devices within the people using my account. It works on my iPhone XR, why doesn't work on my iPad mini? Did apple update something behind iPad mini owner's backs so we can't download movies through streaming services to get us to switch to the newer models or is this an issue on Netflix's end? Anyone else having a similar issue with Netflix on their older devices?
I have same issue. About 3 weeks ago, the video didnt work only netflix and youtube app. I shut down my phone. Unfortunately, it wasnt perfect solution. I also did reset all settings. It seemed to have solved problem completely, but I get same issue now. I want to know which thing occurs this problem, with apps or IOS? No matter what it is, it needs to be updated.
I've tried most of the Netflix (website's) suggestions to troubleshoot why videos won't play with Firefox; none could fixed the issue. The only suggestion I did not try is to disable Private browsing mode simply because I don't know how to do it and Firefox Support does not specifically address this task. I've also tried the suggestions provided by various forum responders to this issue ... again, no fix!Can someone please provide specific instructions on how to disable Private browsing?
Have you already turned off the Autoplay block or used the little icon toward the left end of the address bar to make a site exception? This article has more info: Allow or block media autoplay in Firefox.
Normally, Firefox saves history as you browse. Does your Firefox save history? You can check by pressing Ctrl+h to open the History sidebar. If it doesn't show pages you recently viewed, then you may be in a private window. What do you see?
I referenced your provided link (TY) and there is NO special icon indicating Firefox is blocking Netflix playback. Also, in the Permissions section, Block websites from automatically playing sound is NOT checked.
I followed all the Netflix Help Center instructions except the one directing me to Disable Private Browsing. All my Firefox tabs open in Private Browsing and I can't find a way to disable it. How can I disable it?
So, my daughter who is on the family plan, and lives with me, is away at college so her tv shows up in a different HOUSE, so it WILL NOT SHOW! SO, I pay for Ultra I asked for an extra member account and WAS GOING TO PAY EXTRA because NETFLIX thinks my daughter who goes to college has to have her own account on top of all other college costs. The T-Mobile who i pay over $150 a month already has told me that the service I pay for, THEY CAN'T PROVIDE! AND that I need to get my daughter a SEPERATE ACCOUNT (more money) ON TOP OF THE PLAN I PAY FOR ALREADY! And yes I have screenshots
My daughter lives in my house when she is not at college! I also offered to buy the extra member account for her. TMobile says NO, they say that even though I pay for Ultra and 2 extra Member accounts I can not use them. That is all they say NO REASON, just cant use.
Netflix changed the rules to prevent password sharing outside of the primary residence. This is not something that only affects our T-Mobile Netflix on Us subscription. It affects all Netflix subscriptions.
One of the Netflix rule changes is that accounts paid by a third party (like T-Mobile) are not eligible for additional members. I have no idea why Netflix made that restriction since it makes our Netflix on Us accounts much less valuable. Maybe Netflix wants to eventually eliminate third party accounts, and this is a first step towards that goal.
i could have sworn there was a way you could have out of household people on your account as well. could have sworn it was something additional you had to pay for. but that was on the customer and not TMO to pay for.
The only workaround I can think of that T-Mobile could use would be to create a new Netflix on Us account for each family member that does not reside at the home location full time. That could get expensive for T-Mobile unless the subscriber pays more for these additional accounts than for the primary Netflix on Us account.
scratch that. found it..and you are correct..the TMO paid for one can not have more additions added. only the normal Netflix account can that is paid for by the customer and not part of a promo/3rd party paid for deal.
The account owner will need to purchase an extra member slot, then invite an extra member to use the extra member slot. The extra member must be activated in the same country where the account owner created their account. Extra members cannot be added to Netflix-included packages or third-party billed accounts.
OK I need you to read the restriction again and think about it, my daughter who LIVES WITH ME WHEN NOT AT SCHOOL, AND WHO IS ON THE FAMILY PLAN. Is at college she did not move she is AT SCHOOL! So, the restriction is BS. Then if T-Mobile cannot provide the service. THEN IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO TAKE MONEY FOR THAT SERVICE!!! Plain and simple so PLEASE RETHINK before this goes to the AG for your company stealing money for a service they can't provide!
pretty much beating a dead horse here..this is on Netflix to figure out.. no one in here can assist with this. its a location issue between the address on the Netflix account and where youre daughter is trying to watch it..that isnt a TMO deal..
None of the people responding to you work for Tmobile or Netflix . To me a non Tmobile employee it's the different IP address your daughter is using is why she can't access Netflix since it's not your IP.
thinking about it now..if shes paying through TMO for her Netflix and not getting the free one but paying outright, thats where the issue is..if she were paying N directly there woulndt be an issue adding someone on. if Netflix is being paid through a 3rd party (TMO would be said 3rd party or at least more than likely being viewed as such) then they cant add anyone.
Whether you subscribed to Netflix Premium through T-Mobile or directly to Netflix makes no difference. Those 4 devices must be in the same home location. When your daughter is at college and accesses Netflix, Netflix is able to determine that she is not at the home address of the account. Netflix considers this to be illegal password sharing.
If it looks like consumer fraud, then it is consumer fraud. I am urging all affected T-Mobile members to file complaints with the FTC.

I read about redirect of port 80 and 443 for incomming connection, but that's not my case. First, i have a webserver running on my home and port 80 and 443 are redirected to this server (internal IP different from Smart TV).
