I am so happy to have found freestyle vinyl! I have uploaded mp3s for two record albums, so far, for gifts for my audiophile husband. Both have been big hits with him, couldn't be happier. Ordered this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. I haven't given it to him yet but I know it'll be perfect! It held just the right amount of songs to document our year and the sound quality is flawless. I ordered the blank case with the hopes of drawing on it with pen, but the surface is pretty slick so I opted to use paint markers instead which worked just fine. I love it so much, thank you all!

To make the process as easy as possible we recommend sending Spotify or Apple Music playlists for each side of your custom vinyl mixtape; Side A, Side B etc. Just copy and paste the playlist links in the text boxes when making your order. We then purchase the audio files you'd like on your custom vinyl record so your favorite artists and labels benefit too!

Alternatively, if you want to put your own music on the record, you can send us a WeTransfer/Google Drive link to your files (there is a text box for a link on the order page). If supplying your own files we recommend loseless files such WAVs and FLACs although we can transfer any file type to a custom vinyl record.

If you've got some creative flair we recommend using Canva. It's a free web-based design tool which can assist you in making an awesome cover and labels. We have a number of templates available to help you create a great cover but if you need any assistance don't hesitate to get in touch. Here are a few tips to get it right first time round:

Our custom vinyl record covers are printed on 350GSM cardboard, just like a regular vinyl cover, and are individually shrink-wrapped for added protection. We highly recommend leaving the shrink-wrap on your custom vinyl record cover as it will protect it for years to come!

If your custom vinyl mixtape artwork is too big (that's a good thing), you may receive an error when you try and upload on the product page. Please do not reduce the quality of your files! Instead e-mail us at phono...@gmail.com or send them via WeTransfer, Google Drive etc. If you reduce the quality of your artwork it will likely become pixelated when printed and nobody wants that.

Once you've made your custom vinyl mixtape order we guarantee to ship your record to you within 10 business days. If you need it sooner, we will try and get it to you, but there are no guarantees. We ship all Custom Vinyl Records via Australia Post and include free Express Shipping with every order! Express Shipping takes between 1-4 business days but the timeframe depends on where you are based in Australia.

If your custom vinyl mixtape arrives damaged, please let us know ASAP! Take photos of both the mailer it arrived in and the custom vinyl record itself and e-mail us the photos. You can also take the custom vinyl record and mailer to Australia Post who will assess the damage and issue you a refund.

MORE VARIETY: The traditional record club format is an "album of the month" format. One album (that already exists) is selected and sent to member each month. I always found that format a bit underwhelming.

Between the Pines (Acoustic Mixtape) will finally be released on Double LP Green Vinyl. This album had previously not been available on vinyl. It was originally released in October 2013, by his website. Some of the songs later appeared on his debut studio album Montevallo, while some were recorded by other artists. Vinyl Moon landed on my doorstep last week. Launched on Kickstarter in May, the project from The Burning Ear writer/founder Brandon Bogajewicz licenses music from a variety of emerging artists, stamps them onto a vinyl mixtape and packages it all together with original artwork once a month for delivery to a growing subscription community. There was more than enough speculation about the success of the venture, but the funders were there and the product is everything it promised to be.

You could do worse for $25 given the problems much publicized over the past year, or you could go with a sure thing: Vinyl Moon, the subscription mixtape club with a future set on offering music in a way that even an all analog junky can appreciate.

Malaa, a DJ and producer, burst onto the scene in 2015, captivating audiences with his enigmatic persona concealed behind a balaclava. Playing off his anonymity, he established himself by releasing music on Tchami's Confession label, starting with his debut EP, "Illicit," in 2016. This was followed by his immensely popular single, "Notorious," and since then, Malaa has shown no signs of slowing down.

Attacca is the debut mixtape of UK electronic artist, producer and DJ Sam Girling. The 13 tracks on side A are a continuous mix and a reflection of Sam's creative output in its rawest form. Side B is an extended version of Take Your Time. The mixtape is written in tandem, with each track directly affecting the tempo, key and themes of the next.

An album, on the other hand, is released by the artists. It is much more structured and is mostly composed of new or unreleased songs. In addition, it is created for the purpose of attracting and gaining more profit and fans.

Just like how artists create a design for their vinyl album, you will also need to create your own. You will need one for the jacket, one for the inner sleeve if you decide on having a printed one, and one for the record itself.

If you decide to have a printed inner sleeve or to actually have one for that matter, then you can have the lyrics of the songs printed on both sides. You can also have a short letter or another artwork printed on it.

For the actual design of the vinyl records, you can have any design you can think of. You can have a colored one, mono, bi, or multicolored. You can also have a picture disc or maybe one that glows in the dark. There are tons of other ways to customize them so just pick one.
