Channable is an integration partner of 2dehands.be and has a real-time connection with the APIs of this sales channel. By linking your 2ndhand sellers account with Channable, you can offer products automatically. Stocks are synchronized so there are no products online that you don't have in stock.
Beyond that, Channable has developed an extensive data Insights dashboard for 2dehands.be where you have your budget, cost and result information available. This allows you to immediately see what is most searched for and which products sell best.
A visitor of 2dehands.be clicks on the link in the ad to your webshop. The buyer orders and buys the product directly from you. 2dehands.be charges a cost-per-click fee. The CPC rates vary by category.
2dehands, Belgium's largest trading platform for buying and selling (used) goods and services, has signed a partnership with Online Payment Platform. From now on, payments can also be concluded via the platform of 2dehands. By selecting Online Payment Platform, buyers and sellers will have a more streamlined user experience and even more secure trading.
"We're constantly looking at how we can make 2dehands safer and better. Payments play a strategic role in this", says Aleksandra Vidanovsky, spokeswoman for 2dehands. "With Online Payment Platform, we were able to create a very solid process. Moreover, due to COVID-19 we highly advise contactless payments".
2dehands has 3.2 million visitors every month. Before 2dehands cooperated with Online Payment Platform, users were dependent on cash payments at the door or bank transfers. The experiences of sister company Marktplaats revealed that integrating the payment solution of Online Payment Platform makes trading more secure and pleasant.
"In 2017, we chose Online Payment Platform to facilitate payments for Marktplaats", says Quintin Veldt, Manager Partnerships at 2dehands. "They are a party with a lot of expertise in online payments. They meet all the requirements of the PSD2 directive for payment service providers. OPP is a natural choice for integrating payments on 2dehands and we hope and expect the partnership to be successful".

So much happened on May 10th! We had the honour to welcome highly motivated people from from Fedasil, 2dehands (2ememain) and Abrusco VZW, an association doing amazing work to help youth in Brussels. Some of the participants were even interviewed by Vivacité Radio who came to record a radio spot about Canal It Up!
? For the anecdote, 2dehands contributed to the birth of Canal It Up since we found our very first kayak on their website. And in April, they helped us again by promoting our activities for free via online ads during the whole month!!

In June 2016 I started working at Ebay / Markplaats in Amsterdam (near Amstel Station) on a project called 2dehands. 2dehands (also known as 2ememain in french) is the biggest online marketplace platform in Belgium and has more than 2 million active users. It is also a part of Ebay / Markplaats.
The iOS App for 2dehands was developed by the Ebay global team in Portland but they needed a developer locally in Amsterdam to communicate well with the local management team and also custom features as suggested by local product management.
