Manage your autoship by logging into your online account and navigating to Manage Subscriptions. From here, view your upcoming delivery schedule, cancel your Autoship, check your billing information, and see your purchase history.
We'll give you a heads up when your autoship order is coming up, just in case you need to make any adjustments. We'll also notify you in the event of any billing or stock issues. Communication is key!
A: Updates to autoship orders must be made no later than Thursday, 11:00 am Pacific the week your order is scheduled to process. To find your next autoship order date, log in to your account. From your account dashboard, click the "Autoship" link under "Order Management."
A: Subsequent autoship orders will be processed based on your desired order frequency. Autoship orders are processed the Friday prior to the next shipment "Week of" date displayed on your Autoship Management Dashboard.
A: We do not currently offer autoship options for in-store pickup. You may schedule a recurring order directly with one of our Kitchen or Pantry locations. Click here to find a retail location near you. (Petco and Pet Food Express excluded.)

To keep track of your autoship deliveries, we will always send a reminder email a handful of days in advance of your next billing date. We simply ask that you make any adjustments or cancellations needed within that window. Unfortunately, after an autoship order is billed, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments.

When Canadian specialty retailer Pet Valu introduced its autoship service in September 2022, it added another benefit. Leveraging its 640+ store network, Pet Valu offers pet parents the option to pick up orders in-store or opt for home delivery.
Customers that take advantage of autoship will receive a 5% discount on all products. The 5% discount, however, is only for retail customers. Customers in the bulk or resale programs already receiving discounts will not be granted the additional 5% for autoship signup.
Go to Manage Autoship, sign in to your account, select the autoship you need to reschedule, click the date to change it, and select your preferred shipment date. You can change your shipping date up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

Petco Repeat Delivery offers 35% off your first order and 5% off future orders. Customers can use the first order autoship discount three times per year, and the promotion redemption time frame will reset a year after the first redemption. Repeat Delivery promotions are also only available once per SKU. Free shipping on orders over $35.
