I had a problem with an application that was using .net framework 4. So I tried to fix the installation but it didn't solved. So I proceed to uninstall the framework and install it again.But then the problems started... the setup just wouldn't finish to download the framework. So i tried the full installer, and then it got stuck (freezes) at "installing client profile"...
Does anyone have this install or know where I can go to get it? the site is unavailable, and I am having a blinking cursor for 1minute upon boot after installing the .net framework 3.5 sp1, I removed but it still is doing it now. Any help is appriciated.

I had the same problem with windows 11. I went to the Microsoft Download Centre and downloaded .NET Framework Repair Tool. I ran the repair tool and within seconds I was able to utilize eM Client with the " Send to Mail Recipient" function. I hope this helps.
