All users can login to Minerva cluster via ssh to minerva.hpc.mssm.edu. As a part of our HIPAA compliance activities, we need to shut down the external gateway access to Minerva. The High Performance Computing team has made adjustments so that all users can connect to internal login nodes, thus all users will need a VPN account for off-campus login. Please refer to here for details.
First of all, thank you to all involved in mcmicro - I have been able to run the pipeline from segmentation through to downstream analysis. I am however having issues running auto-minerva and I cannot figure out what the problem is.
That makes complete sense - I feel like a fool. I assumed there would be the possibility of a local preview before hosting the data, but that`s no problem either. I now uploaded the auto-minerva output to github: -01/, but it seems that all channels are b&w. Is this something I can influence in the generation of the auto-minerva output?
