The9150 Thermocouple Furnace uses Fluke Calibration's own microprocessor-based controller for great stability and set-point accuracy. It has a removable well insert for versatility. It has rapid cool-down and heat-up times. And it comes with an RS-232 port for connection to a PC.

Removable inserts are sized for probes with the named diameter. Use additional inserts to broaden the range of hole sizes available or to back up or replace existing inserts. This insert is designed for use with the 9150 Thermocouple Furnace.

Monolec Syn Industrial Oil (9032-9150, 9220-9680) is designed to prolong equipment life by combating the effects of high temperatures, contamination and loads that accelerate wear. It is a versatile synthetic lubricant that meets or exceeds the requirements of gearboxes, air compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic systems, and roll mill bearings found in the textile, plastic, rubber and paper industries. It is formulated with high-viscosity 100 percent synthetic base oil and a specially developed additive package for applications running at extreme temperatures. Hi guys looking at a 9150 with about 5500 hrs. I have not been around the Stieger series at all, and just wondering what all I need to look at. It has the 12 speed powershift which I believe they all had along with 3pt and pto. How solid are these tractors?

They are great tractors , just do a quick drop on all the drain plugs , transmission, rearends, and a look at the oil in the outboard planitarys . If there is no sign of metal or spare parts buy it up. We sold a lot of these but more 9170/9270/9370 not sure how big of eq you have but the pto is a great deal in case you want to pull a grain cart.

You can put most anyone in them and operate it , great visibility , the power shift is stupid proof , motor is a L10 Cummins and with 5500 hrs it is just getting broke in. If you buy it I would change all the fluids and filters and with good care it will last you for all the years you want to farm !!!

Is it a local tractor? I saw the guy who had been doing custom tillage with it running the township truck, so I thought it may be for sale. He had an issue with the final drives shortly after buying it. I don't know how common that is, but it sounded like it was an expensive fix.

Most of the time it is because of maintanace that those things ever have a problem. You can pull the final drive covers an take a look at the wear on the gears and if they are looking bad you just move all the stuff from side to side . When you do this you are starting with new again because you will be pulling off the other side of the gears. Like Maynard said , use 80-90 oil in the rearends and final drives and it will run for many years.

It is normal for the 6-7 gear change to be a little harsh. If the transmission bangs pretty hard when shifted a regulated pressure adjustment along with verifying the clutch cable adjustment should smooth it out fairly well.

Unless there is verification of recent service, plan on changing all of the fluids as soon as you get it home. Including the hydraulic oil, when you drain the hydraulic reservoir remove the plate on the back of it and reach in and remove the suction screen and give it a good cleaning.
