Neotoma performance on Reia PEG

Hi Sean,

Graeme Defty and I have been working on a PEG-based branch of Reia which is available here:

The grammar is fairly large (possibly the largest Neotoma grammar ever) and a good stress test. On my box it takes ~1GB of RAM to compile the parser.

Can you take a look?
