Reia PEG Issue 1 : ** associativity

This is the first in a series of questions which have arisen from work in developing a PEG for Reia:

--  Symbol Involved:

-- Issue:
It is left-associative and it should be right

-- Rationale:
Ruby uses right.
Erlang does not have it (math:pow() instead)
Normal mathematical notation is right e.g.   a**b**c = a**(b**c)

-- My Suggestion:
Change it to right-associative
