I am preparing for the RAC test in this May. How about yourself?

I have a question in my mind want to get you guys opinion before
heading for RAC test. Let's look at the historical data for comparable
situation, we know some people got hired by FDA with Ph.D. degree. To
me people who do not have Ph.D. degree will be unlikely to be hired by
FDA. Can we say, similarly, foreign people who don't have Ph.D.
(meaning only have a master degree) even though they may have some
regulatory experience probably will not be hired by pharma industry
for RA related work even they get RAC?

Any opinion? Objection?

从事RA工作的人，只要很少一部分是在FDA工作，大部分还是在公司里。
在FDA工作，可能确实需要Ph.D,一朋友12月药学Ph.D毕业，拿到FDA的工作，大概是看看公司申报材料吧
在公司里工作的，除非是很高档次的，一般只是BS的要求吧。
现在市场是供不应求，但对entry-level的，公司往往通过培训内部员工，再转到RA的职位上，
所以大家要想办法先积累一点RA经验，有了一两年的工作经验，好办的很。

那对于没有RA工作经验的fresh PhD graduate很难找到RA工作的吧？我是学生化的，今年秋天毕业，犯愁

Does your friend have GC? I thought the job in FDA requires citizenship, isn't that right?
