[VOTE] Registry 0.8.1 RC1

Hi,

This is a vote thread for RC1 of Registry 0.8.1. You can get src and
binary artifacts at the release location [1].

Registry 0.8.1 release contains the below features/fixes.

• ISSUE-610: Provide JAAS config dynamically via config.
• ISSUE 608: Support one way SSL in schema registry client.
• ISSUE-607: Schema Registry UI hangs occasionally on first use.
• ISSUE-605: Bump up the Avro version to 1.9.1.
• ISSUE-603: Registry is failing to parse the doAs user.
• ISSUE-588: Support for Oracle TLS configs in Storage layer.
• Hortonworks licenses changed to Cloudera licenses.
• ISSUE-598: Fix SR to run on Java 11.
• ISSUE-596: Fixed the Bootstrap script error on passing "drop-create" option. 
• ISSUE-592: Security changes to enable Trusted Proxy in SPNEGO authentication.
• ISSUE-590 : Update release-sign-artifacts maven profile to generate javadocs and sources.

* Compiled, ran all the junit tests and created the build successfully.

* Created a schema. Created branches from it, updated & deleted schemas. And deleted branches too.

* Verified the dynamic jaas config and one-way SSL with SR client.

All migrations will fail with org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException: Validate failed: Migration checksum mismatch for migration version 001 due to changes on all sql files.

A workaround is to run the repair command:

${SCHEMA_REGISTRY_HOME}/bootstrap/bootstrap-storage.sh repair

Thanks Fabiano for pointing this out. Unfortunately we have to go with the updated licenses on our SQL scripts. I believe it will be a reasonable request to the users to manually run bootstrap-storage.sh repair when upgrading to 0.8.1 to realign the checksum.
