Hi,

Currently mysql/postgres and in memory datastore are supported for schema registry. Is it feasible to add storage manager implementation which writes metadata on HDFS/S3. If yes major concern is how synchronisation is handled when we have multiple instances for HA.

Hi,

It is not possible to add storage manager implementation to HDFS/S3. You can look at StorageManager for more details about the interface.

Thanks,

Satish.

If we do not support find / search and work around those methods is it possible? I understand synchronisation problem is still not solved. Just trying to understand what all restrictions are there to use HDFS.
