Find schema version by fingerprint of schema text.

Hi all,

I created a pull request in the repository to implement a new endpoint in the REST interface to find a schema version by the fingerprint of the schema text.

Let me know what you think, it would be awesome if we could include this feature in the next release, as I'll need it for a feature I'm working on at the moment.
