Generic/SpecificRecord Serdes Issues

Hi All

We have an issue with the kafka serdes when producing records with generic record and consuming with specific and vice versa, this doesn't occur with the Confluent serdes.

I have raised an issue and a PR https://github.com/hortonworks/registry/pull/115 which address's this (same/similar logic to handle this as in confluent serdes) if someone could review it.
