[bug] adding "tags" does not persist

So ive just arranged my favorites into categories, and added a tags column, and some tags to some specific entries.   In this case, a reminder of particular strings that require elevation to modify.

Unfortunately upon closing and re-opening registry finder, said tags are cleared/empty both in the column, and the properties of the string/key.  Theyre not being saved for whatever reason.
