[Value Editor][String][Multi-String]: UI improvements

Right now long String and Multi-String values are not very convenient to view in RE. Is there a way to make some changes, such as:

1. Make Editor window resizable;
2. Add word wrap;
3. Add line numbers pane for Multi-String value.

I understand that it's always possible to just copy the value to text editor, but if such changes arent't hard to implement, it would be very nice :)
