Dear Researcher

BEST- AC has been commissioning business perception reports for the
last four years. The report for 2011 will be launched soon at an
event officiated by a number of leading Public Sector Organisations
(PSOs).

The report notes a number of factors that make it difficult for
businesses to get on with running and growing. The factors in order,
are:
 Power
 Roads
 Corruption
 Water
 Level of Taxation
 Access to finance
Please note that I am coordinating media activities for the launch.
Kindly, let me have your comments/views on why these problem persists
in your own views. Also what do you think are the solutions?
I would appreciate a short statement that journalists can widely quote
in various newspaper reports.
This is an opportunity for your voice to be heard in as far as looking
for solutions to these problems are concerned. If you also have some
facts as to why the problems persist –please let me know.

Regards

Anthony

Dear Tony,

It has been some time since we met last save for encountr here and there in the social media. May I congratulate you for coordinating the launch of this important report. I consider such achievements to be milestones to higher ladder of one's progress.

I very much would have wanted to make a comment or two but I am an interested party because I work as a Consultant  in governance matters to private sector foundation which is a sister organization of Best-AC.

Let me offer my assurances for continued cooperation

with best regards,

Yours sincerely

Willy

Dear Anthony,

Thanks very much for your email.  Congratulations for coordinating the media activities. Keep it up!
My views concerning the matters brought foward is that, these problems still persist as a result of lack of GOOD GOVERNANCE. I believe GOOD GOVERNANCE to be a building block towards solving these problems. The GOOD GOVERNACE should therefore be measured in terms of ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, EFFICIENCY, EFFECTIVENESS, ACTIVE PARTICIPATION, CORRUPTION FREE and RULE OF LAW.

Thanks for your continued cooperation.
