Closeout Information - Updated

Good afternoon.

I wanted to let you know about a rebate on membership for early
renewals. Many of you may not be aware of this.

New Members and Renewals are $65.

If you turn in renewal information prior to the month they are due,
there is a $5 rebate on the dues.

Example:
April closeout - if you turn in any renewals for April by the March
closeout date, those renewals will only be $60. **NOTE - these
renewals must also be paid by March closeout (this is why many
chapters have open checks held at the state service center)**. If you
wait to turn them in and pay after that date, the cost is $65.

That is why it is important to know who is renewing in your chapter a
couple of months prior to their closeout. We do this to save you
money and to see what chapters might need help getting to growth.
