Chapters needed to host delegation from JCI Cambodia

Region 5 Chapters,

I received the following message from Joe Jerkins. I am out of town
this weekend (It's my class reunion in Hannilbal) so I will not be
able to take them. Can anyone assist?

I received a call today looking for Jaycees in the St. Louis Region to
host a small delegation from JCI Cambodia. They are bringing their
President, with a total of 8 delegates. They will be here this
weekend, June 17-19. They already have their own lodging! They have
asked for three things; (1) visit JCI HQ; (2) visit Henry G.'s grave
site; and (3) visit a local chapter project.

1. JCI Metro, can you assist with the JCI HQ tour?

2. We need a Jaycee chapter that can help host them on a grave site
tour?

3. We also need a chapter that is running a project this weekend that
would be interested in hosting them as their guests. Joe mentioned
Mission Inn's Strassenfest, but to my knowledge that event was
cancelled in March. I am not aware of any other projects besides
Union's Pub Crawl at night. Are there any chapters hosting a project
during the day this weekend?
