Suggest that the main focus is a review of the main concerns of the past few years to see how we are doing- these being Street Junk, Cycling, Licensing (alcohol) and Planning.

That we invite police, planning officer, A board chap and local cllrs

We set out to get representation from all of the residents associations/LATs whathaveyous active in the area by where possible personal invitations

 

Hope all of this makes sense but let me know if it’s a runner as will need to lobby attendance from officers
