Dear Local Action Team Member,

11th February Local Action Team Chairs meeting postponed

I sincerely apologise for postponing the above meeting and any inconvenience caused as a result.

The reasons for rescheduling are Councillor Simson, Cabinet Member for Communities has recently become the Cabinet Member for Community Safety and the new Chair of the Community Safety Forum and unfortunately, her diary was already committed for that date.

Councillor Simson is very supportive of the work the LATs do and is keen to be involved in leading this important development process for the Local Action Teams.

Chief Inspector Laurence Taylor (responsibilities include Neighbourhood Policing) and Linda Beanlands (Head of Community Safety) will also be at the meeting.

The re-arranged alternative date, time and venue is:

Wednesday 11th March, between 9.30am – 1.00pm in the Auditorium at the Brighthelm Centre. Lunch will be provided from 1pm.

I do so hope that you are able to confirm that you are able to attend. I have attached the new booking form, however if you have already completed and booking form and you are able to make the new date, you can just send conformation of your attendance.

We look forward to seeing you at the new meeting date.

With best wishes,

Sam Warren                                                                Linda Beanlands

Neighbourhood Manager                                           Head of Community Safety
