StudentsCollaborate with Back on MyFeet: Runners from Back on My Feet underwent a comprehensive evaluation that included gait analysis, strength and flexibility assessment, and individualized exercise programs.
Founded in March 2013, the Arcadia University Running Injury Clinic welcomes athletes of all ages and abilities who are looking to recover from or prevent a running-related injury, and for those looking to enhance running performance. The clinic is designed as a single-visit assessment which includes a medical and running history review, a comprehensive physical examination (strength, flexibility, core, balance, alignment, function, movement analysis, etc.), a formal running gait analysis (treadmill or overground), home exercise program instruction, and recommendations for further management. Following the session, a formal written report of the assessment will be provided. Running mechanics are reviewed and associated with findings from the clinical examination in order to best optimize injury recovery management or reduce injury risk.
The Running Injury Clinic is open to all runners from the campus community and general public. Most sessions are approximately two hours in duration, and are scheduled individually Monday through Friday.

It can be scary for pets to visit the vet (especially if they are sick or injured), but at Animal Ark of Arcadia, we take special steps to comfort and soothe our animal friends. Our practice is situated at the crossroads of compassion and integrity.
When you enter our clinic, you can expect a warm greeting, comfortable environment, excellent customer service, and minimal wait time. However, because pet emergencies happen, we ask for patience during any possible scheduling lags.

Veterans in San Gabriel Valley will no longer have to drive an hour out to the nearest Veterans Affairs facility. The first Veterans Affairs clinic in San Gabriel Valley opened in Arcadia late May, eight years after a VA clinic closed in Pasadena.
Spearheaded by U.S. reps Judy Chu, D-Pasadena; Grace Napolitano, D-El Monte,; and Adam Schiff, D-Burbank, the clinic will remain operational for three to five years and later replaced by a permanent, full clinic, said Hector Elizalde, deputy district director and veterans liaison for Napolitano.
The future permanent clinic will be located between Pasadena and Pomona in a central location based on the large population in the area, making it the first full clinic in San Gabriel Valley, Elizlade added.
