Subject: Re: Narayan V. Solanke, Universal Versatile Society: Re how you'd like to proceed

Dear John L. German and Mr. Marnick Vanlee,

Thanks for your replies. I appreciate your kindness in supporting an organizations working for the betterment of society.

Here are the details you are expecting from us-

Does your organization have technical advice, in-house or external:
Yes we do have it as an annual maintenance contract

Single point of contact at your organization for this request:
Mr. Narayan Vitthalrao Solanke (Preident of UVS)
Plot No: 5B, Jadhav Layout, Lakhala,
Washim
Maharashtra (INDIA)
444505

How what your organization is looking for, would be used:
All we need for the organization's official administrative purpose.
Currently We are using Core2 Duo processors with 2 GB RAM and they are incompatible to Windows7 onward operating systems. Also we are unable to use many advanced softwares and unable to attach digital devices due to lack of HDMI ports.

What version of what software is to be run, and what version of what operating system that will require
We are expecting minimum Windows 10 operating system to be used but again it is not mandatory. We are flexible to take best available version.
Also as we are grantee of BigTech we may get few softwares in discounted rates.

Number of devices your organization is looking for:
We are in need of 5 laptops and 5 desktops with one color printer and sound system (optional).
Location(s)
We want these devices at our organization's office located in India (above mentioned address)

Where your organization could pick up devices:
We are actually looking to pick up these devices in India but if you don't have such provisions, please let us know which country you are operating and delivery expenses we need to pay so that we can think of shipping.

Budget, if any, for all the above:
We were expecting donated refurbished devices but in case we need to pay for them then we may go for only 2 laptops. We can pay 5000 Rs each excluding shipping charges.

Maintenance plan / tech support plan:
We need not to have this, we will manage this.

I hope I answered most of your questions, if you need more information, please feel free to write back to me. I'll be happy to write back to you.

Awaiting for your swift reply on this.

Thanks & Regards,
Narayan V. Solanke
