In case you didn't see it today, Jared Paben wrote a very interesting piece in E-Scrap News today that promises to revolutionize the ITAD and refurb industry. A blockchain based tracking mechanism is well underway by Rohi Sukhia of Tradeloop and the nonprofit OBADA Foundation (of which our own Charles Brennick is a board member).
Paben's article describes what the blockchain registry is and how it works and what will be going on around it at the next Electronics Reuse Conference, which is being held Nov. 14-16 in Denver.
